I think I need more information about that insurance and how it can be used. I was referring to the fact that I would not be happy to pay the visa fee twice, or for the fee a short visa O, and when I get to Thailand to pay the fee for the services of a specialized company.

Thank you for your answer. I am interested in cheap insurance just to get a visa. I have a normal medical insurance in Europe and I would not like to invest in another one. I prefer to purchase a travel insurance that will cover only emergencies while I am in Thailand, which costs around 14 euro every 30 days. Non-O retirement visa doesn't help me because I stay there about 5 months a year and I want to avoid traveling to the border.
