Hello to all members.

I want to apply online for the O-A visa. I have the following question. On page 4 of the online application form, it asks for the upload of supporting documents for health insurance, criminal record, bank and others. How did you proceed if you had to upload multiple documents related to a position? I can only upload one page even though I have several to upload. Thanks to everyone who replied. I also received an email from the Embassy earlier advising me to combine all 3 bank statements into one PDF.

Answer summary

The user inquired about the process of uploading multiple supporting documents for the O-A visa online application, specifically mentioning an issue with the application form that restricts uploads to a single page. Community members responded with various solutions, including merging documents into one PDF using free online tools, scanning multiple pages into a single file, or taking photos of documents to compile them. The user also noted guidance received from the Embassy on combining bank statements.

No, you don’t. I took a photograph of my 3 bank statements and sent it as a jpg. It was accepted that way.

*I combined all 3 into one picture.
