as you likely know, in most instances, foreigners cannot own land in Thailand. Under Thai law only Chanote ( title deed) or Nor Sor, are the official documents that are registered to show land ownership. A "receipt" wont mean much to immigration or in a Thai court. If you've made some private arrangement which allows you to live on that land, then likely best to keep it private.
