not hiv could be cancer now a week ago I was desperate to go back to England now I'm too ill thanks my question was is this survivable you seem to be knowledgeable I keep losing muscle and sugar levels up pancreas not working

I'm praying it will come out of my body whatever it is but 13 weeks no hope I think my muscles gone completely I have dodgy pancreas and no gall bladder told this was a reason ?
