they said the just don't take new account applications

Why are there increased checks and interrogations upon entry to Thailand?

Dunno. Got pulled aside for questioning at DMK last Friday at 1 AM. I'm just visiting. Last entry was 13 months ago. Many people didn't prepare TDAC or couldn't show return flight. I had the 3 proofs. Came in from Japan where nobody had bothered me.
