i have read the thai law and for condos airbnb for stays greater than 30 days is legal as i said . Only stays less than 30 days is not. Your document just confirms what I said ?
airbnb is not illegal in thailand. It is legal if you stay for a month or more. It is illegal to have short term stays or compete with hotels which is deemed to be up to a months stay.
when you apply for a non O in the uk you can use funds equivalent to 800k baht or 65k baht monthly in your own UK bank account in UK pounds, you do not need these funds in a thai bank account. Once you are in thailand and you want to stay long term then you will need to open a thai bank account and deposit 800k baht as part of the requirement of getting an extension
Does your visa require it? If you are on DTV or other tourist visas then it's not required as part of the visa. If you have applied for a non O retirement visa then you will need a thai bank account as part of the extension
If you flew in on visa exempt then you will have been stamped in for 60 days not 30 so no need to do anything, just check your visa stamp.in your passport it should confirm 60days
