Get your gym letter from the town you will live in when you enter on the dtv. Not the one your in currently.

Is there a new two-night stay requirement for border runs from Thailand to Laos?

July 22, but sure anything possible in thailand. But no word from border run companies going everyday here in pattaya, I would have heard if anything like that is true. No more than 2 entries at the airport, otherwise get a visa or turned away, this might be the discrepancy. Leave by air and there might be a minimum out of country time.
