Honestly, it seems like people who dye their hair these unnatural colors are trying too hard to stand out, because they're unhappy with something about themselves. It is a way to mask insecurity rather than true self-expression. Instead of dealing with those issues, they're using bright colors to distract or deflect attention from what’s really going on inside.
