Joanne Nope, no sooner than 45 days before your exention of stay expires. If your extension expires while you're outside Thailand you'll have to start fresh again when you come back (or get a new Non-O in the US).

In Bangkok you can apply for an extension 45 days in advance. You have to be in the country for the extension.

Ray Mansfield Correct, some people have been here for years and have never done a 90 day report

@R**
Okey, and are you in the country longer than 90 consecutuve days

Same thing. House master is the title on the yellow book. Depending what immigration office you're using, most want the yellow book to do a tm30.

No, 90 day reports are for people with visas longer than 90 days AND who remain inside the country longer than 90 days. If you leave the country and come back in, 90 days starts from the time you've reentred.

Bruce Frausto If before your first covid extension you were on a tourist visa or visa exempt entry, you can apply for another covid extension until March 25th.

If you were on a non-immigrant visa, you cannot apply for a other covid extension.

In either case, you can submit and application and be denied, you'll get 7 additional days to leave thr country.

I'm going to agree with Brandon, 3 day overstay is not an issue. If you're caught working illegally, you'll be blacklisted.
