What is the difference between a house master and an owner in the context of the TM30 form in Thailand?

Trying to sort out a TM30 form. Can anyone tell me what is the difference between a house master and an owner?

Same thing. House master is the title on the yellow book. Depending what immigration office you're using, most want the yellow book to do a tm30.
