What is the difference between a house master and an owner in the context of the TM30 form in Thailand?

Trying to sort out a TM30 form. Can anyone tell me what is the difference between a house master and an owner?

TLDR : Answer Summary
A house master is effectively the same as the owner of a residence in Thailand, as indicated by the title on the yellow book. Most immigration offices require the yellow book for processing the TM30 form.

Same thing. House master is the title on the yellow book. Depending what immigration office you're using, most want the yellow book to do a tm30.
