I had a similar problem a few years ago with Swiss airlines, after the run around I called my bank and they refunded me the amount via the card I used to purchase the ticket!

I had no idea what a volunteer visa was when I was getting it, I actually wondered who or what I was volunteering for... Alot of you guys are very quick at pointing the finger...
