didnt you understand the question? Yeah i did too long time ago before dtv existed, so what? That has nothing to do with this day, rules have changed and new laws for banks. Its not easy anymore. I opened a year ago with exempt+extension, but it has nothinf to do with this post.

they do that for soft power too, but income is not a requirement thats why its a bit odd... they could just add it, if its a must. I think some visa has income requirement, so why not this one? Well, its Thailand yeah but anyway 😝

They keep asking for payslips, even tho its not in thw requirements... maybe ask your embassy first?

I kept my student book with me when i entered with dtv after ed visa, just in case they test my language skill. I planned to ask them to ask anything from the book since they cannot expect more. But anyway they dont need a reason for deny entry, but that was my plan 😅 i was 2 years with tr+exempts before my 9months with ED too, so i was expecting something. The IO indeed looked my passport and said "oh you went school" and i said yea my gf insisted me to, but when he saw dtv visa he didnt ask more

The day it is granted, the period is shown on the visa.
