Which border you crossed? I had my first run at ban pakkad cambodian border, it was 15mins and i was back in my car heading back home, no questions asked. Now I have to go different border and Im thinking of vientiane during a road trip to north

They do tend to ask for payslips, i think its for 1. Verify you really work (especially if workcation) 2. To see how you support yourself in Thailand, since i think the 500k is seen as a backup if something happens to you. I have never seen any info about income requirement, i dont think there are

Pompel Pilt i was here 2years with visa exempts "because there is no limit if you come by flying" and got lectured at the airport too :) i was flying away for a 1-3week holidays every 2-3 months trying to abuse the system, but thats as far as it got me :)

Better advice than I was told 2years ago when I had been here 2years with visa exempts, the IO saw my girlfriend waiting, lectured me 10minutes and told me to get married 🤣 next day i went to get an ED visa 🤣
