to be honest, I think 15k USD should not be a big deal for you in a bank account...

plus add 3k USD for soft skill visa plus other papers and fees...

15k is only deposit, the rest you need to pay...

soft skill = muay thai box, etc. - not mandatory to participate

forget about your properties - not helpful for the application
