you know difference ?

Non OA is obtained in home country, requirements are Police check, medical certificate, health insurance and show funds in bank.

Non O requirements are rental contract 800k banked funds in thai bank. TM30 done.

it IS needed for Non OA in home country. U aware requirements? Non O and Non OA are 2 different visas 2 different requirements.
