TLDR : Answer Summary
As of February 11th, the requirement for a day 2 test when returning to Scotland has been removed. Travelers now only need to present proof of full vaccination and complete a passenger locator form.

Yep, no day 2 test needed since 11th Feb, just passenger locator form and proof of full(x2 shots) vaccination.
