TLDR : Answer Summary
When flying from Bangkok to Glasgow via Dubai, it is correct that you do not need a PCR test to board the plane in Bangkok or Dubai. However, you will need to have a lateral flow test booked for Day 2 and complete the passenger locator form. It's important to note that Spain has different rules concerning entry requirements, and while Emirates may mention England's arrival regulations, you should comply with Scotland's specific guidelines.
