Do I need a PCR test to board my flight from Bangkok to Glasgow via Dubai?
Flying from Bkk transitting Dubai then into Glasgow. My opinion is dont need PCR test to board plane Bkk or Dubai. Need lateral test day 2 booked and passenger locator form filled in. Anyone confirm this please? Emirates mention England arrival but Scotland different rules
