So. We all understand that the Thailand immigration does not want you to abuse the 60 day visa exempt.

So, has anyone had experience of how many times a year you can enter Thailand on a 60 day exemption.

Twice a year???

Three times a year???

I am nor referring to continuous border runs, just enjoy your 60 days, leave and return after a couple of month's.

You get 60 days visa exempt.

All you need to do is the TDAC online within 3 days prior to arrival.

NOT before 3 days, within 3 days.

It seems a lot of hassle for just seven days extra you are trying to stay.

Just go home on the 18th, end of story.

I have read somewhere, most immigration offices allow this within 7 days before your 60 expires.

Yes you have to every single time you enter Thailand.

Even if you leave for a couple of hours for a meeting or so, you have to do it.

Yes, yes and yes.

Every single non Thai must do it every single time they want to enter Thailand. Even if you leave Thailand for a couple of hours for a meeting, you still have to do it.

So do it on the 5th, leisurely at home.

Or 6th, before you go to the airport.

You can also do it on your flight if you have wifi. Do it in Japan while on your layover with airport wifi.

Or do it when you land at Bangkok before you get to immigration.

I would do it before I leave home.
