 it's one of those things at the moment. If I had to show a return ticket to Oz, singapore business class the only ones available at present.

How long before my travel date can I apply for a Certificate of Entry (COE) in Thailand?

They ask for minimum 15 days prior to travel. If you have all documents required can get pre approval 3 days then another 3 for formal approval. That was all it took for me. The thai embassy Canberra, excellent.
