When a decision is made, the case status will be updated to “Ready”. Once the status has changed, you may contact our office again to follow up. Currently, your case status may appear as ‘Refused’ until the administrative processing can be completed.
Please note that you should also keep contact with us by email every 365 days to ensure that your case remains validated. Your case may go into terminated status if you fail to do so.

Thank you Steve! Lily lives in Chiang Mai. Will she have to travel to Bangkok for the USCIS interview? So, Lily won't need to know English to pass the USCIS interview for a visa? Once she is in the USA, she will be working at a restaurant with several Thai workers that know a little English so hopefully she will learn enough to pass her citizenship after a few years. One last question. When Lily is sent her letter to go to the interview, do you think it will help if I fly back to Chaing Mai to accompany her, along with her son that knows basic English?
