I agree! I've been to Thailand 2x now, once in August for a month and 2 weeks in November. However, the rainy season doesn't necessarily mean it rains all day everyday.
Thank you Steve! Lily lives in Chiang Mai. Will she have to travel to Bangkok for the USCIS interview? So, Lily won't need to know English to pass the USCIS interview for a visa? Once she is in the USA, she will be working at a restaurant with several Thai workers that know a little English so hopefully she will learn enough to pass her citizenship after a few years. One last question. When Lily is sent her letter to go to the interview, do you think it will help if I fly back to Chaing Mai to accompany her, along with her son that knows basic English?
