Immigration can revoke visas but it’s generally only done when someone has committed a criminal offence and they’re already being blacklisted and deported.

I also wouldn’t say that no DTVs have been revoked there’s no shortage of people who do stupid things in Thailand and get arrested but their visa status isn’t exactly newsworthy.

Logically rejected is more likely than revoked as actually revoking a visa is a bit more of a process.

Rejection also makes sense when you consider some of the quite sketchy/questionable evidence some people used to obtain a DTV in the early days of its existence and as with most Thai visas, the trend is for things to get stricter rather than easier.
