What are the reasons my DTV visa application might have been rejected?

I was going to apply in The Netherlands as well since I live(d) there, until I tried to reach the embassy for over a month by e-mail and calls (every day call) for them to completely not reply to anything.

I then made up my mind to fly to Asia and do it in a neighboring country instead
