UPDATE WE'VE ARRIVED IN KOH SAMUI:

We arrived from Bangkok straight from our ASQ. Bangkok airway agent asked for the ASQ certificate but we offered up the PCR test which she looked at.

She told us we didn't have to quarantine. Went straight through got to Samui took a photo of our passports and our ASQ certificate and said we didn't have to quarantine when I asked.

We didn't have to sign anything nothing everything was smooth and easy breezy!

Make sure you You go to healthpassthailand.com and fill it out before you get on the plane online. Not sure if this is just for Samui or what but everybody was standing around trying to fill theirs out. We found the link through Bangkok Air which we flew with. Check your airlines see if they have something specific for where you're going.

yes but that is if they approve you & it's not a guarantee. Plus they have this crazy medical form you have to fill out and get all these tests if you do it legitimately that costs a lot of money. We started our research back in January and quickly decided to go for the TR because then you can switch to another Visa. You cannot renew the STV once your time runs out you have to leave the country. It also takes a lot longer to get approved for the STV. We are currently now here 5 days in on our quarantine and only 5 days to go. So here's a JPEG for the STV but keep in mind that this s*** is changing constantly.

If you do the STV you cannot apply for any other visa do not do the STV.

it is not needed it was decided last week that the fit to fly is no longer necessary although that could change tomorrow but as of right now you're not supposed to need it

But from Boston , Massachusetts in America. That is where the agent was that requested the fit to fly. It wasn't requested on our beginning flight from Florida or anywhere else. I tried to explain to her but she didn't want to listen and since we had it it didn't make sense to argue.
