What should I do if the TM30 online registration portal is down?

Good afternoon all,

This post is regarding the TM30.

I got in touch the landlord who owns the apartment I will be staying at after my quarantine, enquiring about the TM30.

He has told me that the online portal for registering this has been down for 3 months.

What are my options? Do I print out a copy of the TM30, get my landlord to fill it out and then I will bring this to the Immigration office? Will I need to do this within 24 hours of arrival?

One final question, if the system remains down over the coming months, will I have to repeat this for every accommodation I stay in? I.e travel to the immigration office with a physical copy of the TM30?

Thanks.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The original poster inquires about the TM30 registration process, specifically the challenges faced due to the online portal being down. They seek guidance on whether they should complete a printed copy of the TM30 and submit it to the Immigration office, and if they need to do this within a specific time frame. Contributors suggest taking the completed form to the Immigration office soon after arrival, ideally within 24 to 72 hours, to avoid complications due to the system outage.

none of the discussions here is regarding 90 day reporting. It is the TM30.

Previously, it does appear the address for 90 day reporting and TM30 were the same. There is no official notice of change of mail address and both are active immagration offices, I assume they reroute mail as needed.

Yep
@Cha****
both addresses are the same EXCEPT for the receiver name

TM30s you put; Notification of Residence TM.30

90 day you put: ATTENTION 90 Day Reporting

Thanx again, sorry I got my wires crossed with the advice
@A**

If the TM 30 system is down.. Do as you suggested...

Take the completed form to your Thai Immigration office... Soon after arrival. Supposed to be in 24 hours...some offices liberal with up to 72 hours.
