I am on a nonO marriage visa expires end of January…can not extend because wife is not with me..question is…am I eligible to get a covid extension ? Obviously not easy to go out and come back in…

yes I am in noncompliance I realize...as I said never have had the issue come up....what I really want to know is...how do I self report myself and do a TM 30? I have the blue book ( in wife’s name although she’s in Canada).... I have to go to Surathani Immigration first time to register correct?

and since she isn’t here with me ( works in Canada)...and no one has ever done a TM 30 for me here ( at my own house).... this is a different issue correct? And will not affect me?

And until I actually APPLY for that 1 year extension, I can come and go , over and over for up to a year, not staying inside more than 90 days, and I don’t need to worry about 90 days report correct?
