Forums are great for helping each other and often some humour is a big help at times.

But people should stick to the subject because people are genuinely looking for help and that is what we should all be doing if we can.

What always gets me is when someone askes a genuine question and wants help.

Some give a good reply.

Some go off on there own tangent which has nothing to do with what has been asked.

While others give wrong info because they have no idea what they are talking about.

This applies in lots of forum subjects.

The OP goes away more confused than ever.

Land crossings are 2 a year.

By air is up to the discretion of the immigration officer.

And more than 2 by air is not usually a problem.

I am now in Thailand living on a full New Zealand pension.

And no you can or cannot do this or that.

Also receive the yearly increments.

I still love NZ.

The Aussie Govt. has ripped New Zealanders off for years. They did or do the same with healthcare.

Pensions were being paid long before GST. was in existence.

Do don't hand us that one.

There is no reason why Australian's should not be paid the pension overseas except for over zealous politicians playing with things that should be left to those who worked and have the right to the pension wherever ever they live.
