Currently no. The DTV is a multiple entry visa so you should be able to do multiple entries under it. Keep in mind though that legally, you must still meet the conditions of your visa (500k in the bank, engaged in remote work/soft power etc) upon each entry but there doesn’t seem to be much desire on the side of immigration to scrutinize that right now.

The chief concern I’d have is that this may be the start of a broader crackdown which may impact DTV holders. Thus far there has been very little scrutiny given to DTV holders at the border and immigration is acutely aware that people are doing border runs to avoid the more onerous requirements involved in extending in country.
