how long before 19 can I go to the immigration to get a new under consideration stamp or extension of this 19.Feb.Stamp for a week.

It is just impossible for me to get on 19 to the Immigration. Only 14 days before or 3 days later.

If necessary I do the same application like today 14 days before 19 to get one month under consideration again.

And as I wrote, I was there and they refused me mentioning the first Non-O start November.
