ORIGINAL POSTER
James Le Sage There was a question about Sriracha TM30 but the post has already closed to reply with information. Hope this will help you.

Here is the experience from last December. With all docs filled out before it took us about 10minute:

Documentation list

if she own the house

1. Copy of her ID and signature

2. Copy of documentation that show she own that house

3. If house still under bank mortgage then she need to show copy of "house purchase agreement"

4. TM 30 form

5. In the case she can't accompany you to immigration. She need to sign "letter of power of attorney" to 3rd person (Thai) who accompany you.

6. Copy ID and signature of 3rd person

If she rent the house; need extra document.

7. House leasing contract that show both of you are tenant. Doc 1,2,3,4,5 under the landlord's name.

Rental case

Sriracha authorities told me last time I registered (rental case)

**Since there is your name unter rental contract. Next register,

you can register yourself in that house without guardian and no need 1,2,5,6

** Different immigration area are different flexible or tight rules. This is work in Sriracha but can not guarantee that all work in every place.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The process for TM30 registration at Sriracha involves filling out several documents based on whether the person owning the house is a landlord or a tenant. Key documents needed include a copy of the owner's ID, proof of home ownership, the TM30 form, and possibly a power of attorney if the owner cannot accompany you. If renting, a house leasing contract is necessary, but if your name is on the rental contract, certain documents may be waived in future registrations.
