Got this stamp and not realy sure about the process and deadlines.

I have a Non O Visa and already the first 3 month permission since November until 13.Feb.2021

Today wanted to extend for one year.

I understand today. The Immi will do appointment to visit me home and make a desicion. Therefore the new stamp from today in blue circle (but can't read the stamp at all).

And on 19.Feb. I should go there to get the result.

Problem is the timing with 19. and we told the officers. They say no problem you can come after number 19.Feb. and if I get stopped after 19. they can call my local immigration for clarification.

Now in wondering how long is my permission to stay at the moment? For me it look like until number 19.Feb.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user has a Non O Visa and has received a stamp concerning an extension that is under consideration. They are unsure about the timing of their appointment on February 19th to receive the outcome. Comments suggest prioritizing legal stay and attending the immigration office on the scheduled date.

Okay I deleted a LOT of b/s comments.

, whether you talked to the officers or not, the 19th is the day you're supposed to show up. It's between you and the immigration office. There's nothing anyone on this group can tell you. You should have had them give you a different under consideration date if you couldn't make that date when you applied.

Good Luck take care

My last extension of stay based on marriage took 45 days and even the manager said not to worry they will call me when they get answer from district office and that time no one from immagration came to our house

Personally, I would prioritise being able to legally stay in the country and get myself to the immigration office on the 19th.

I would do exactly the same.

Your extension of stay if under consideration until the date of the stamp. I would not wait too long past the date

@Benjamin *****
how long before 19 can I go to the immigration to get a new under consideration stamp or extension of this 19.Feb.Stamp for a week.

It is just impossible for me to get on 19 to the Immigration. Only 14 days before or 3 days later.

If necessary I do the same application like today 14 days before 19 to get one month under consideration again.

On the other hand, if you are late to the date the immigration office stated (and even just ONE day at some immigration offices), you may have to start the whole process over again.. So how long you have before that (or other troublesome situation) is only known by your local immigration.

you need to talk with your local immigration office. usually, nothing would happen and you would be just told come back on that date if you go earlier.
