Will get 1st visitation from Immigration officer at home for a Non-O Marriaged extension. I'm in the 1 month under consideration period. 

As far as I know they would like to see 2 witness here at home.

I guess they would like to go around and compare picture from application with real life. 

What else can I expect or what should I prepare?

1. The visit by immigration is free. They should not ask for money, if they do, politely decline.

2. Different immigration offices have different policies. What happens in one may not apply to another.

I think the op is best asking this question on a local Facebook group, they would know.

When we had the visit (hat yai) we didnt have any 'gift' of some sort and they walked around took some photos , interview/talked with us and then that was that. Got the extension.

hat yai is not where the op is getting the extension of stay. Different immigration offices have different experiences and expectations.

We had a call the day before the visit. Three officers came, took photos, checked passports and had papers for our two witnesses and wife and me to sign. All in all it was at least an hour, if you don't speak Thai you're sort of a stuffed animal on the sofa.

My wife mentioned in advance a gift would serve us to establish a "relationship" with them.

We got a half hour notice. Have a couple bottles of regency or something similar as a gift if all goes well.

It's mostly a formality. Did they call and make an appointment to come for the home visit and tell you that you need two witnesses there when they show up?
