60day permission because visiting family, then changed inside Thailand to a Non-O.
Does the Non-O reset the 90day or do I have to go 90 day counting from the 60 day permission?

TLDR : Answer Summary
Changing to a Non-O visa does not reset the 90-day reporting requirement; the reporting period continues based on your initial 60-day permission. The 90-day clock runs independently and can only be reset by a subsequent extension of stay.

90 days always runs independent. The only thing that resets it is your first extension of stay but this is entirely theoretical as they will still charge you 2000B penalty if you do not do it in time.

New non O does not reset your 90 day report.

And as I wrote, I was there and they refused me mentioning the first Non-O start November.

So you would of done your first 90 day report in June. 2nd in September so your 3rd would be December.
If you’re sure you have never done one you need to go to immigration and sort it out.
The 90 day report is a separate piece of paper not a stamp in your passport.

No never did one

If your last 90 days report was in November your next will be in February. So you would have been too early to do one this month.
