i don't really know. I had to give them the copy of the blue book together with the signed ID card. And now that I remember the pictures of me and my husband outside of the house with the visible house number. When I then got the 1 year visa at the local immigration in Thailand police came to see if I truly lived where I said I was (probably you also have to have a map with GPS coordinates) and they took pictures of me and my husband in the house. The second time I renewed the visa, police came and I was not there and they went to question my neighbour if he knew me and stuff like that.

You need to choose the school first. The school will arrange the papers to send to the MOE (ministry of education) to get the letter you then need to give the consulate to apply for the visa. Tod, I'm not sure because the stack of papers was prepared by my accountant and it was a huge pile. I got the NON B visa in Italy and the WP a couple of months after I came back with the visa. But that was some time ago and I don't really know what was in the papers. :)
