I was looking at recommended VISA agencies and the top two that came up via an AI search for the service I was looking for (90-day Non O followed up later by longer term, most likely WP) were Thai Visa Centre and Siam Legal. Does anyone have any direct experience with either of these agencies?

Hi all I’m aware that similar question has been asked before just looking for a bit of confirmation on my specific query
I have a 90 day non b with the company I work for written by hand by the thai consulate on it
My WP runs out before my visa and I won’t be renewing am I correct in saying my visa is valid for the full 90 days regardless of when my WP will run out?
Has anyone been to the DLT office at Taling Chan? I want to get a Thai driving licence (I have an IDP) but I don't have anyone Thai to go with me without inconveniencing them and my Thai wouldn't be anywhere near good enough if nobody there speaks a little bit of English. I live in Pinklao so it would save a lot of hassle instead of going to Chatuchak.
I would like to open a new company, I understand that when open new company it's more difficult to get work permit for farang. (because it's a new company).is that right? My staff told me can ask for non b visa but not for work permit for a while. Any ideas?
