Don't sound your horn. It's a real problem. I live on a narrow lane and rather than drive slowly in case someone is coming in the opposite direction people just sound their horn right outside my house. It's pretty inconsiderate and annoying.

 The advantage of using an agency is that they 'know' which bank to use (ie they have a 'relationship' with them) rather than just randomly trying different banks. TBH it was worth the fee just in hours saved doing that, for me anyway.

 When I got mine, I absolutely had to have a 'reference' from a Thai person. I used an agency to get mine, it was 100% worth it for me.

 no. As I said no details whatsoever have been announced (and this is after speaking to several people in Bali). But I can’t imagine they will just open the border without applying any restrictions.
