 insurance as a tourist would cover your treatment and quarantine,if you reside in Thailand then I’d hazard a guess that the authorities will make sure you have adequate cover for immigration purposes

July 1st if fully vaccinated and free of covid 72 hours prior to flight in Phuket I believe ,not 100% sure if this has officially been confirmed
