TLDR : Answer Summary
The user plans to visit Thailand from November 21 to March 20, seeking clarification on their visa strategy. They intend to apply for a 60-day tourist visa, extendable by 30 days at immigration, then travel to Laos or Cambodia to gain a visa-free 30 days upon return to Thailand, totaling four months. A commenter advises that this plan is feasible but warns about the need for proof of onward travel within 60 days when arriving in Thailand.

Yes, that plan will get you to 4 months.

Beware that you may need to show proof of onward travel out of Thailand within 60 days of arrival to be able to board your flight to Thailand.
