The question is what will you do when you stop Muay Thai after a year? Do you get possibility to change to freelancer at that moment?

Bank statement, driver license, energy bill are all possibilities as long as name and adress is on it.

When it is granted you are free to decide when and how you enter the country.

When your contract ends, you do not comply with visa requirements anymore, unless you have a new remote job of course.

That most certainly will cause problems if it is checked.

Normally a employment contract is only provided once by an employer, so the same contract can still be shown as proof, but they might ask for additional info like recent pay slips to prove you still work for the employer.

Chances these things are checked when you do border bounce are much less I think, but it is also a possibility.

Debating is useless, Wise is no bank, they agree with that themselves. Because it is no bank there is no need for Thai embassies to accept money in a Wise bank account as proof of funds. The fact that some embassies accept Wise does not make an obligation for others to accept. Your statement that Wise works with DTV is incorrect. It only works when embassies voluntary accept Wise as proof of funds, the official requirements ask for a bank account.

No flight ticket or reservation were asked.

Documents might be different depending on type of application.

For remote work employment contract and letter to confirm remote working were enough.

And of course you need to proof funds, I was not asked for other documents.

A real WIse account you mean, NOT a BANK account. Read on the Wise website and see Wise also tells they just are not a bank.

Topicstarter got rejected because she said money in Wise not accepted as proof, then I told to transfer money to a real bank, then you told money in a single bank account is not the most desirable option.

Apart from that I think 500K is such a small amount of money there is no good reson to spread it over multiple accounts.

@Dany *******
I have the same feeling, have Wise and Revolut, but normally not over 1000 euro on each, no bad experiences myself.

I don't see any reason why 500K on a Wise account is a more desirable option than 500K in a bank account.
