What documents do I need to prove my current location for a Thai DTV visa application, and are there travel restrictions after approval?

I’m planning to apply for the DTV this year as a UK citizen online via the London embassy while I’m at home in the UK and have two questions:

1. What should I use for “document indicating current location” to show I am in the UK?

2. Once the visa is granted (hopefully!), is there any stipulation about travelling direct from home country (UK) to Thailand? I’m asking because I was thinking about travelling first to Eastern Europe for some weeks and then onwards to Thailand.

1. I used my driver's license.

2. I don't believe so. But I was asked for supporting documentation - "Please upload your Flight booking showing your name as passenger , departure date, all flights en route from UK/Ireland/UK territories to Thailand". So you'll probably need to provide flights from the UK to Eastern Europe to Thailand.

Bank statement, driver license, energy bill are all possibilities as long as name and adress is on it.

When it is granted you are free to decide when and how you enter the country.

believe it or not i applied from my home country in Dubai and one of the things i uploaded is a selfi for me and my bank statement in the local bank and i got approved without interview
