I used that virtual debit card to buy a few domestic flights on trip/booking and I have never had any issues. I use it for everything, from paying supermarket/online shopping/bank transfer and so on.

I got a complete true money (sent passport+ dtv visa). That's the closest thing to a bank u can get. You can do qr codes, transfer money to bank accounts and even get an online debit card. If you top up at 7/11 you can put 3000baht the most but if you go to a true center or to their ATM you can top up

yes, I've read from many different users, even those who got the account blocked, they showed up their marriage certificate with a citizen and got their account unblocked right away. I haven't done it but read about that so many times that I assume it works

Anonymous participant 919 5 months ago the worst thing that could happen was a dent to a new bank account, fast forward the problem is that nowadays they close account that don't follow their requisites (dtv).

Since your situation is quite unique, the best answer is to mail the embassy you intend to apply at, and ask them whether a Thai certificate would be enough or not. Every embassy is different when it comes to this sort of thing
