at the moment, we are 99% certain we will be staying around Phuket, initially staying at the Homa residence (my wife has another boutique hotel that allow dogs further south but cannot remember what it’s called) for a month or so as we explore the area to find a more permanent location//villa and yes, rental or lease, we will not be buying

And thank you for mentioning long term lease, that sounds better than long term rental, something else I’ve learned being here 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
