TLDR : Answer Summary
The poster inquired about the availability and costs of several medications in Phuket, including Amitriptyline, Omeprazole, Bisoprolol, Ramipril, Amlodipine, and Aspirin. Community responses indicated that the mentioned medications are generally available, with Amlodipine being accessible in both 5mg and 10mg, while Ramipril might be substituted with a similar drug, Enalapril. Costs for obtaining a three-month supply of blood pressure tablets at a government hospital were reported to be around 700 THB. It was noted that branded medications tend to be pricier than the local generics.

Amitriptyline, ramipril and amlodipine all widely available. I got aspirin 82mg here. Branded medications are usually higher price than generic Thai equivalent, but same ingredients.

Amlodipine is available both 5mg and 10mg tablets. Could not get ramipril, but you get similar ACE inhibitors like enalapril 20mg. Aspirine is uncommon here, due to risks of malaria and dengue fever. but ibuprufen and paracetamol is available.

Don't know if it's any help to you but I also have to take blood pressure tablets. To get mine I go to the local government hospital. I have a blood test and also see a doctor and then get prescribed 3 months supply of tablets. All for a cost of around 700 bht. All pretty efficient, even if a bit slow. Normally put half a day aside to get this done.
