Well I did read it, so perhaps some part you think was clear was ambiguous sir. Yes my reading comprehension could be at fault. But I applied for mine whilst over seas, but specifically NOT in Thailand.
I unfortunately did this, I had no way to report since the Chinese had my passport until my last hours before leaving Thailand. I left for my visa run Jan 11 and returned yesterday - fortunately they didn't mention it and just stamped me in *hugh sign of relief* I stayed 1 day illegally (day 91 and no 90 day report completed) in my case. Or is it two days illegally? I'm not sure about 90 reports if you depart day 90?
This makes little sense. Either wait until you can meet the visa requirements for remote work or apply for a soft power DTV now. Thai government is not judging the argument you make for your business potential, they're judging if you meet the requirements or not. You'd be telling them you are high risk for EXACTLY what it is their job to prevent: ILLEGAL WORK IN THAILAND! Someone without a steady income is likely to fall to the temptation of doing work in thailand. #1 thing they want to STOP from happening
