/20 year Elite, LTR 10 year visa, Non O/OA); these all have varying requirements and allow residence in Thailand but not permanent residency.

 beware, what the agent is offering is illegal. In most cases it will work, but if the agent gets caught by the police, you could have issues. Up to you

 not sure what you refer...I was issued a Non O at Chaeng Wattana on July 1 and it is valid for 3 months until Sep 28

 yes. When I converted from visa exempt to Non O, it is a 3 month visa which I can extend for one year
