Hi everyone, is it possible to travel into Thailand with an elite visa, without having a covid19 vaccination yet?
Also, can Filipino citizens apply and get an elite visa as well?
Thank you in advance for any suggestions or help.

TLDR : Answer Summary
Traveling to Thailand with an elite visa does not exempt you from the country's quarantine requirements, which are in place irrespective of your visa status. Currently, if you're planning to enter Thailand and do the Alternative State Quarantine (ASQ), you do not need to be vaccinated. However, to participate in the Phuket Sandbox program, vaccination is mandatory, with no exceptions. Additionally, there are no nationality restrictions for applying for the elite visa, meaning Filipino citizens can apply for it as well.
no i mean u with an Elite card it does not allow u any special travelling restrictions etc i have one and can’t even go to Phangnha unless i want to jump through hoops there and especially returning
i think he feels if you have an Elite Visa ie ThaiElite you can travel without vaccinations you cannot i have TE and we are confined to Phuket we cannot
cross bridge into Phangnha to good and return so i think this person fees Elite visa opens doors it doesn’t
Read his question he doesnt mention sandbox at all, with an elite visa he has full rights to apply for COE and enter into an ASQ in Bangkok or Chonburi without a vaccination
Visa status doesn't change the quarantine requirements. You don't need a vaccine if you're going to do ASQ in Bangkok. You must have a vaccine to do the Phuket sandbox though, no exceptions (including Thai people).
There is no nationality restrictions on the Elite visa.
