Fill the form, pay 1900 baht, recollect your passport after 1 hour and everything will be smooth as silk...

Samui Immigration working hours 8.30-12.00 / 13.00-16.30 Monday to Friday.

I recommend to go there in the afternoons around 3pm when most of people gone already. Monday and Friday are usually more busy days.

So after 60 days you can get 30 day extension, then go out and in, get another 60 day stamp and you can extend again by 30 days? Is this correct?

I think you can get only one 30 day extension per visa, not one per stamp
