I am in France. Weird.... I tried to call other fixed lines in Thailand (Siam Bank, Bangkok post, a hotel I know, etc.) ALL end up the same : "The number is incorrect, please check and dial again"... Yet, calling the USA, Canada, Switzerland : no problem... WEIRD.... ☹️
