 Are you with Bangkok Bank ? As far as I know, they do not send emails with your bank statement...

 No problem to download it, but to activate the Apps : you have to do it on an Bangkok Bank ATM & a Thai SIM (for the OTP) i.e. only in Thailand...

 No problem to download it, but to activate the Apps : you have to do it on an Bangkok Bank ATM & a Thai SIM (for the OTP) i.e. only in Thailand...
