Some visa extensions require money in a Thai bank which again is not a huge issue if you have the correct visa

All visa applications are online so there is no physical address to apply for a visa regardless of the country

You are very confused. The TDAC is an arrival document. Nothing to do with your visa

Nothing to do with 60 days or 30 days or 90 days. It’s got to do with when you arrive and must be completed within three days of your arrival unless you hold a Thai passport.
