 my parents have moved to Thailand and when the time comes will happily move into care there . They even been to see some gorgeous places

 that’s not true a lot are self funded and have to sell their home to pay for care. Lots of people can’t get a pension

 the care is of such a higher quality and the cost is far less in Thailand. family is important so why wouldn’t you do this it’s not that difficult
