Anonymous participant no one is getting grilled Some questions may be asked but no one has reported having to show 500k thb when re entering Thailand - only when extending in country So just relax and stop spreading irrational

I was giving the OP an example as so many people misunderstand within’ and isn’t it’s 72 hours ( 3days) not calendar days

Of course it can be as simple as who is checking the application and it may well seem unfair but there is little anyone can do about it

All your partner can do is apply again or you could apply for a dependent on his behalf

It means within 72 hours of arrival So if you arrive at 11 pm on Wednesday you can fill it in anytime after 11.01 pm the previous Sunday
